Kira's first christmas

So Kira had a blast for her first christmas! she really didnt know what was going on but by the time we got to her birthday presents a few days later she knew what to do.  Sione and I and kira went and spent wed-sunday at my parents house in norco because all of my siblings were coming this year for christmas... Kira had a tough time with everyone there so it was a little overwhelming for her. she was having a tough week.. I think she might of had a ear infection and by sunday it was gone.  She started to become her normal self by then.   Saturday we celebrated her birthday while everyone was down. We played a few games with all the kids and Kira loved playing duck duck goose.  I let her go to town on her own cupcake and she loved that too!  She didnt know what to think about the frosting at first but she started to eat it and thought it was yummy!  

So on the 31st kira will be one years old.  its amazing how fast they grow.  I cant believe i have been a mother for that long. which i know it has only begun!  I took a few pictures but i have mis-placed the thing that connects the camera to the computer. so hopefully i will find it and be able to share those with you all soon!

update finally!

so right now i dont have pictures to put on the blog but i thought i would let everyone know what we are up to.. its been a while because our computer situation is unique.. We have our laptop but only in certain spots in the house do we have connection. so we have to use my sisters computer which is in their room.  So....anyways.. We are in California living with my sister.  Sione is taking the police test on the 13th of this month, so please pray for us and him that he will pass!  Kira is a full on walker now! it is very cute! She loves to walk.. She does this really cute thing, when she is standing she starts clapping but she brings her arms all the way back and then forward to clap. Its really cute! she started to pretty much only walk on thanksgiving, so she is doing great.  She is starting to drink whole milk and eat table food, which she loves.  I think shed'd rather have table food than anything else.  Thanksgiving was great. the night before we drove out to my mom's house and stayed there for 3 days. We decorated my grandmas's house with her christmas decorations, which is always fun to do!  I just love christmas!

Currently Sione is working at Ralphs, its not a great job but its a job till the police acadamy.  

We are doing great and loving our life as parents!
